SimpleSwitch Connectivity
If you need to change your scanner from Network mode (either Ethernet or RNDIS) to traditional USB mode, or
traditional USB mode to Network mode, please follow these steps.

Start with your scanner
powered ON with USB and
Ethernet cables unplugged
from scanner.

If light flashed BLUE: Connect USB cable and
RELEASE
power ON for traditional USB Mode.
If light flashed PURPLE: Connect USB cable
for RNDIS Mode or Ethernet cord for Ethernet
connection, then power ON.
Press and hold the Smart Button for
about :10 seconds until you hear two
audible "chirps". After the second
"chirp", release the button.
