Setting for mobile radio interruption

If this unit is connected to a mobile telephone
via a separately-available cable, telephone calls
can be heard over the vehicle loudspeakers.
The initial factory setting is "OFF".
1. Press the ADJ button h to recall the setting
menu.
2. Press the JOYSTICK k upwards or down-
wards to select "TEL SW", "ON", "OFF" or
"MUTE" which are listed on the tool bar.
OFF:
Normal operation continues while the mo-
bile telephone is used.
Note:
• If OFF is set, disconnect the mobile telephone
from the cable or switch it off.
ON:
Telephone calls can be heard over the loud-
speakers which are connected to this unit.
If telephone calls are heard over the vehicle loud-
speakers, the volume can be set via the VOL button 2.
MUTE:
The unit is switched to mute during a tel-
ephone call.
3. Then press the JOYSTICK to the right or left
to select. Subsequently, press the enter but-
ton in the centre of the JOYSTICK to store
the setting.
4. Press the ADJ button again to return to the
standard display.

* The initial factory setting is "RIGHT".
* Set the mobile radio interruption to "ON" in order to hear
telephone calls.
1. Press the ADJ button h to recall the setting
menu.
2. Press the JOYSTICK k upwards or down-
wards to select "TEL SP". "LEFT" and
"RIGHT" are displayed on the tool bar.
RIGHT:
Telephone calls are heard over the loud-
speaker connected to the right channel of
this unit.
LEFT:
Telephone calls are heard over the loud-
speaker connected to the left channel of this
unit.
3. Press the JOYSTICK to the right or left to se-
lect the desired operating mode. Subse-
quently, press the enter button in the centre
of the JOYSTICK to recall the operating mode.
4. Press the ADJ button again to return to the
standard display.
