Accessory connection
• Connecting a vehicle-reversing camera
The vehicle-reversing camera can be connected to the system extension connection of the
main unit.
For details, see installation instructions for reversing camera.
Note:
For connection of the main unit and reversing camera a power supply is required which is
•
available as an accessory.
• The navigation system cannot be used if a CCD camera is operated.
• Connecting the navigation system
The VDO Dayton navigation system is connected via the system extension socket (CCD/NAVI)
and the RGB socket of the main unit.
A CCD camera cannot be connected if a navigation system is connected.
• Connecting a mobile telephone
If the appropriate mobile telephone cable is connected to the cable for the telephone mute
function (A1), the tone mute function is then available when using the mobile telephone.
Details on setting the telephone mute function for the mobile telephone can be found on
Page 34.
• TV tuner
The TV tuner is connected via the BUS socket and the yellow Cinch socket. Details on connect-
ing the TV tuner can be found in the operating instructions for the TV tuner.
