Selecting a Folder

Short-press either
lect the previous or next folder respectively.

Selecting a Track

Short-press either
previous or next track respectively.

Fast-Forward or Fast-Backward a Track

Long-press either the
forward or fast-backward the track respectively.

Scan Feature

With this feature a few seconds of every fi le can
be played.
1.
Press the
button to select the SCAN
function.
ALL TRACKS – a few seconds of every
fi le will be played.
2. Press the
button again to leave the
SCAN feature.

Repeat Feature

1.
Press the
button to select the 'REPEAT
the same Track' function.
The current track will be repeated con-
tinuously.
2. Press the
button again to leave the
REPEAT feature.

Random (RND) Feature

1.
Press the
button to select the RANDOM
function.
All tracks on the device will be played in
random order.
2. Press the
button again to leave the
RANDOM feature.

Play and Pause Feature

1.
Press the
button to pause the current
sound track..
The track will be paused.
2. Press the
button again to continue play-
ing the current sound track.

TA / NEWS Interruption

If TA and/or NEWS are set to ON, incoming
announcements will interrupt media playback.
Your media will be paused and it will resume

BLUETOOTH OPERATION

General

You can use the Bluetooth in your car to make
a phone calls hands-free or stream music onto
your in-car speakers (via this headunit).

Pairing

To pair your Bluetooth-enabled device to this
headunit, make sure that no device is currently
streaming to this headunit fi rst.
1.
Select the BT Mode.
2.
Long press the

bile phone and the headunit.
3. Once the mobile phone has found the head-
unit found, on the display of the mobile phone
'Dayton' will appear.
4. Register the mobile phone to this unit to com-
plete the connection. The default 4-digit pin is
'0000'.
Note: When the registration is completed 'PAIR
OK" will appear on the display of the headunit.
If you should encounter any problems during
pairing, please consult the user manual of your
mobile phone.
