CAUSE
Rollers need cleaning.
Roller screw is too tight.

RECOMMENDATIONS
Clean the rollers with isopropyl
alcohol. Ensure rollers are dry before
using again.
Use a screwdriver to turn the roller
screw slightly counter-clockwise until
rollers move freely.
