The rotavator comes with a standard rotor with six blades on flange. You can set the rotavator R310 - 100, R310 - 125 and R310 - 150 with the rotor with four blades on flange as optional. Blading standard rotors 1.
6 - WORKING OPERATIONS Weed cutters The rotavator is available with small weed cutter blades (5) at each end of the rotor. Long grass, weed, etcetera do not wrap round the rotor ends. The blades are slotted for adjustment and should be set to just clear the blade bolt heads on the end flanges.
Page 55
6 - WORKING OPERATIONS Trailing board The rotavator is available with a trailing board (2). To adjust the trailing board (2), proceed as follows: 1. Remove the hairpin cotter (3). 2. Remove the pin (4). 3. Place the pin (4) in the selected position. 4.
6 - WORKING OPERATIONS Adjustments Through simple adjustments the rotavator will produce a range of tilths in most soil types and handle various cul- tivation techniques, for example weed control, seedbed preparation, trash and chemical incorporation. As a general principle a combination of a slow tractor speed and a lowered trailing board produces fine tilths.
6 - WORKING OPERATIONS Working in the field NOTICE: Never lower the rotavator while the tractor is turning. 1. Set the depth control skids to the required tillage depth (see Page 6-2). 2. Select a trial trailing board position to give the type of tilth required.

7 - MAINTENANCE 4. Before the storage of the implement, check carefully for damaged parts, loose screw-joints, leakage, wear and other defects. If there is any damage, it may be forgotten during the storage and result in problems the following season. Note down the necessary parts you will need before the next season and order the spare parts.
Order and install the spare parts and/or accessories at once before the next season. When you order spare parts, always make sure to give your KONGSKILDE dealer the model number and the Product Identification Number (PIN) of your implement. See “Product identification” in Chapter 1 of this opera- tor’s manual.
7 - MAINTENANCE Preseason service Follow the steps outlined below at the beginning of each season to ensure the implement is in good condi- tion and ready for use. 1. Check all the nuts and bolts torque. 2. Grease the implement, as detailed in the "Mainte- nance Chart".
