WARNING!
Turn off the unit and disconnect the battery
pack before putting on the shoulder strap.
1. Enter your head and one arm through the
shoulder strap according to your using
habit. Take operation safety into account
when choosing which arm to wear.
2. Make sure the shoulder strap fasten firmly
on the bracket and is not liable to slip down
during the operation.
SWITCHING ON/OFF
WARNING!
Ensure the blade does not touch any objects
before turning on the pole hedge trimmer.
1. To turn the tool ON, push and hold the
safety lock button with your thumb and
then squeeze the trigger switch with your
fingers. Once the tool is running, release
the safety lock button.
2. To turn the tool OFF, release the trigger
switch.

TELESCOPIC POLE
WARNING!
Failure to lock the telescopic pole as
instructed may result in injury.
1. Turn off the unit and disconnect the battery
pack from the trimmer.
2. Open the telescopic locking clip to release
the pole.

3. Extend the pole to the desired length.

4. Lock the pole in position by closing the
locking clip and ensure the pole is secure.

5. If the pole moves whilst the telescopic
locking clip is closed, the nut on the locking
clip may need tightening. Open the locking
clip. Using the hex key tool, tighten the
locking clip nut and then close the locking
clip.
