1.1 Key features R&S SMM-K60 key features Option R&S SMM-K60 provides Bluetooth signals for basic rate (BR) and enhanced data rate (EDR) signals. These signals are in line with Bluetooth Core Specification v4.2. Also, the option provides low energy (LE) signals for the LE 1 Msymbol/s physical layer.

The BR mode uses binary FM modulation and pro- vides a data rate of 1 Mbit/s. The EDR mode uses two types of PSK modulation, the π/4-DQPSK or 8DPSK, and achieves data rates of 2 Mbit/s and 3 Mbit/s, respectively.
