The R&S SMB provides an integrated "LXI Status" dialog for LXI status indication and reset of the LAN configuration ("LAN Configuration Initialize", LCI).

The home page displays the device information required by the LXI standard, including the VISA resource string in read-only format.

With static configuration, the entered IP address, subnet mask, and default gateway are used. With dynamic configuration, DHCP or dynamic link local addressing (automatic IP) are used to obtain the instrument IP address.

Numerous online help functions support user settings.

The termination of such a calculation restores the previous values. ► Press the [Abort] button to terminate the calculation.
