THE FRONT HANDLEBAR COVER
Carefully read p. 35 (MAINTENANCE).

Position the vehicle on the centre stand.
Support the front part of the fair-
ing (1), in order to prevent it from
accidentally falling down.

Unscrew and remove the screw (2).
Proceed with care.
Do not damage the tangs and/or
their seats.
Handle the plastic and painted compo-
nents with care and avoid scraping or
damaging them.

Remove the front part of the fairing (1).

Remove the gasket (3).
◆
Unscrew and remove the screws (4).
◆
Unscrew and remove the screws (5).
◆
Unscrew and remove the screws (6).
Handle with care.
Do not force the electric cable.

Partially remove the front handlebar cov-
er (7).
◆
Remove the blinking (A).
◆
Remove the front handlebar cover (7).
REMOVING THE REAR
HANDLEBAR COVER
Carefully read p. 35 (MAINTENANCE).

Remove the front handlebar cover, see
beside (REMOVING THE FRONT HAN-
DLEBAR COVER).
◆
Unscrew and remove the screw (8).
◆
Unscrew and remove the screws (9).
◆
Unscrew the metal ring (10) and with-
draw the odometer cable from the cou-
pling.
◆
Disconnect the two electric terminals
(11) and (12).
The rear handlebar cover (13)
(complete with switches, instru-
ments and indicators) remains
connected to the electric cables and
therefore cannot be completely re-
moved.
Proceed with care in order to avoid
damaging the components.

Partially remove the rear handlebar cov-
er (13).
