CHAIN ADJUSTMENT (Fig. 60)
Stand the vehicle in an upright position and com-

pletely extend the rear suspension.
Check that the vertical movement in the lower part
◆
of the chain, at a point mid-way between the pin-
ion and the crown, is about 30-35 mm.
If this distance is not correct, proceed as follows:
Loosen the rear wheel pin fastening nut.

For the wheel centering:
Make sure that on both sides the fixed
reference on the rear fork corresponds
to the number indicated on the chain tightener.
Act on the apposite chain tighteners.

Once the operation has been performed, tighten
◆
the rear wheel pin fastening nut.
