Perform the following steps to find the Gateway's software version on the Enphase Installer App:
1. See the site by searching for the site name.
2. Go to step 2a (Devices and Array) on the Enphase Installer App.
3. Go to the Gateway section and find the new version.

NOTE: You can use this recovery method when the two conditions mentioned above are met.
Otherwise, use the first recovery method to connect the portable generator to the IQ Combiner
lugs of the IQ System Controller.
When the battery state of charge reaches 2% or lower without Grid AC power, the automatic charge
recovery algorithm is turned off, and all electronics within the battery are shut down to prevent
irrecoverable damage to the batteries. Follow this procedure to recover the batteries from an
extremely low state of charge.
