22 - VERIFYING ENTRIES
This screen verifies information that has been entered into the system's memory. It also verifies the system's capacities and the status
of available options.
ENTER NUMBER FOR AREA TO VERIFY:
1 = TELEPHONE NUMBERS
2 = ENTRY CODES
3 = CARDS
4 = TIME ZONES
5 = AUTO LOCK/UNLOCK SCHEDULES
6 = HOLIDAY SCHEDULES
7 = GENERAL SYSTEM SET UP
8 = SYSTEM CAPACITIES/OPTIONS

23 - PRINTING OUT MEMORY
Information about a specific area of the system's memory can be displayed or printed. The system will display or print up to the last
1200 transactions. Capacity for 6000 transactions in memory is available as an option.
NOTE: In systems using Multi-Link firmware, the standard number of transactions retained is only 1000 and the option only increases
this number to 5900 transactions.

2 = ALL ENTRY CODES AND ASSOCIATED NAMES
3 = ALL CARDS AND CARDHOLDERS
4 = ALL TRANSACTIONS IN BUFFER
YOUR CHOICE? _
Transactions in the buffer include the last 1000-1200 entries, entry attempts, and alarm conditions. An option is available that will store
and report the last 5900-6000 transactions. If "1" is selected (printer), the buffer will be transmitted continuously with proper
formatting and page headings. Sending data to the display causes it to be shown one page at a time. You will then be asked if you wish
to proceed to the next page or stop.
