20 - ERASING A SINGLE CARD
Allows individual card to be erased from the system's memory. If
any system in the chain is not equipped with the card access
option, this programming area will be unavailable. A confirmation
is needed before erasing any telephone entry.
1. The entry must be 5 digits long. If the system is equipped with
the option that associates names with codes, the system will
respond with the name associated with the code.
2. A confirmation is needed before erasing any entry.
21 - ERASING ALL ENTRIES
These prompts allow for an entire area of information
(telephone and directory code entries or all cards) to be
completely erased from the system's memory.
1. You must confirm that you wish to erase this entire area.
2. If "1" is entered, it may take several seconds to completely
erase an entire area. Once the area has been erased, the
system will return to the menu prompt. Enter "0" to cancel.
The information will be retained in the memory.
