INSTALLATION
NOTE: Replacing the control board will require the limits and all the
remote controls to be programmed.
1. Disconnect all power and batteries to the gate operator.
2. Remove screws and open the control box.
3. Disconnect coaxial connector and all terminal blocks from the
control board.
NOTE: For installation of new control board, be sure to note the
locations of all terminal block connections.
4. Disconnect battery connectors.
5. Loosen mounting screws. Slide the mounting bracket with control
board up and remove. Set aside for reinstallation.
6. Copy all settings from the existing control board to new control
board (Force and Timer to Close).
7. Install new control board and bracket, secure with mounting
screws.
8. Reconnect all terminal blocks and coaxial cable.
9. Reconnect battery connectors. Verify the DIAGNOSTIC LED blinks.
10. Reconnect power to operator.
11. Reinstall control box cover and secure with screws.
12. Learn the limits for the gate operator (refer to detailed instructions
on next page). Program all remote controls.
13. Test the force adjustment.
14. Verify all other inputs and outputs as necessary (safety sensors,
edges, loops, locks, alarm, reset, accessory power, open and single
button).
