Set-Up Place ⚠ WARNING Do not place the equipment in main corridors or escape routes. ⚠ CAUTION Choose a location in which to place the equipment such that there is enough free space/ clearance to the front, the rear and to the sides of the equipment. The training room should be well ventilated during training and not be exposed to any draughts.

Assembly Before assembly, take a close look at the individual assembly steps shown and carry out the assembly in the order given. NOTICE First loosely screw all parts together and check that they fit properly. Tighten the screws using the tool only when you are instructed to do so. Step 1: Assembly of the Frames Assemble the handle frame (2) to the bottom support frame (1) with two bolts (18), two spring washers (20) and two flat washers (22). Assemble the support frame (3) to the handle frame (2) with two bolts (19), four flat washers (22) and two nuts (24).

Step 2: Assembly of the Swing Frame NOTICE Please refer to the illustration below for the correct assembly. Connect the swing frame (5) to the foam support frame (6). Assemble the swing frame (5) to the support frame (3) with: one shaft (8) two aluminum caps (12) one rubber sleeve (14)

Load and Unload Weight Plates ⚠ CAUTION Make sure to always use some sort of weight collar when exercising with external weights. Never store unused weight plates on the floor. Store unused weight plates on a weight rack or respective storage horns. NOTICE The weight horns are compatible with 50mm weight plates with a maximum external diameter of 450 mm.

Adjustment and Exercise Foam Adjustment To adjust the foam lenght, pull the locking pin II and adjust to your desired position. Release the locking pin II and make sure the pin is fully engaged in the adjustment hole. To adjust the foam angle, pull the locking pin I and adjust to your desired position. RECOMMENDED ACCESSORIES To make your training experience even more efficient and pleasant, we recommend that you add suiting accessories to your fitness equipment. For training equipment like smith machines, weight benches or racks this could for example be a floor mat, which makes your fitness equipment stand more securely and also protects the floor from sweat but it could be also additional weights, handles, foot straps for leg exercises or triceps ropes.
