Quick Start Guide
Hardware setup
1. Insert the control card into the Interface board using
120-pin edge connector.
2. Ensure to set the switch (SW2) to on board debugger (OBD)
position to select on board J-Link debugger.
3. Connect the kit to your PC using the provided USB cable
through the J-Link USB connector (J1).
Connect the kit with the UART terminal so ware
1. Open the UART terminal so ware such as Tera Term or
Minicom and connect to the kit's USB-UART COM port
using the following settings:
–
Baud rate: 115200, Data: 8-bit, Parity: None,
Stop bit: 1-bit, Flow control: None
2. Press the reset button (SW1) to reset the device.
Run the pre-programmed code example
1. Observe that the "Hello World" message is displayed
on the serial terminal and ensure that the debug LED (D6),
and COM LED (D7) are glowing and status LED (D8) is
blinking.
2.
Press the enter key to pause or resume the blinking of
the status LED (D8).
Follow the instructions shown in the boot-up message
