Symbol Description
Ready/Stable symbol.
Batteries are full
Low battery indicator.
Batteries are depleted.
When blinking,
measurement(s) are in
process of transmitting
measurements to cloud.
Measurement(s) have
successfully transmitted to
the cloud database.
Measurement(s) have not
transmitted to the cloud
database.
When blinking, network is
connecting.
Network is connected.
Network is not connected.
Recommendation
This symbol is displayed when the
measurement display is stable.
If this symbol is displayed, replace all
four batteries with new ones.
Move closer to a window or an area
with a stronger network connection.
Wait and take another measurement.
Check to see if device is in airplane
mode and turn off.
If it appears repeatedly, please contact
customer service.
