- Page 7 General information The instructions must always be available in the national language. If these are not available, the seller must clarify this with SKYLOTEC GmbH before resale. The instructions must be made available to the user. The equipment may only be used by persons in good physical and mental health.
- Page 8 1.) Product-specific information The single anchor point STINGRAY is an anchor device, type A and can be used for temporary securing of max. 3 persons (see also symbol on the anchor eye). It is tested according to EN 795:2012/A for one person and according to CEN/TS 16415:2013 for 3 persons.
- Page 9 The corresponding instruction manual(s) for the other components must be observed. In the event of a fall, the STINGRAY anchor point is deformed and a max. force of 6 kN is introduced into the structural device. The attachment (Skylotec tilting anchor T8-100) can absorb the load horizontally in all directions.
- Page 10 When the system is inspected, the expert decides on the further period of use. After a fall, the STINGRAY single anchor point may no longer be used. The system must be checked by an expert. 6.) Identification and warranty certificate (Please fill in before the first assignment).

Die Anleitung muss dem Benutzer zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Die Ausrüstung darf nur von Personen in gutem körperlichem und geistigem Gesundheitszustand benutzt werden.
- Page 12 3 Personen geprüft. Die Kennzeichnung ist zu beachten (Abb. 4). Bei fehlender Kennzeichnung zur max. Benutzerzahl den Anschlagpunkt STINGRAY nicht verwenden. Der Einzelanschlagpunkt STINGRAY darf nicht zum Heben oder zur Sicherung von Lasten verwendet werden. Eine Verwendung für seilunterstütztes Arbeiten oder zur Rettung ist ebenfalls nicht zulässig.
- Page 13 Komponenten (z.B. Verbindungsmittel EN 354/355) nur an der Anschlagöse (Abb. 1 Pos.1) des STINGRAY anschlagen. Am Auffanggurt nach EN 361 nur eine mit „A“ gekennzeichnete Auffangöse (Empfehlung: hintere Auffangöse) mit dem Auffangsystem verbinden. Die entsprechende(n) Gebrauchsanleitung(en) der anderen Komponenten ist/sind zu beachten.
- Page 14 Atmosphäre in Schwimmbadhallen oder Atmosphäre mit extremer chemischer Verschmutzung. Bei Überprüfung des Systems entscheidet der Sachkundige über die weitere Nutzungsdauer. Nach einem Absturz darf der Einzelanschlagpunkte STINGRAY nicht mehr verwendet werden. Das System muss durch einen Sachkundigen überprüft werden. 6.)
