INSTALLATION (For C37_A series ) ① Open the operation panel after checking if the power switch for casting is Off. ② Plug the connecter A of the provided harness into the S5 (green) on the board which is back of the operation panel. Plug the Pin B of the provided harness into the 7 of the SOL1-4 connecter and the Pin C into the 8...

    SETTING OF SLITTING LENGTH Slitting length = Total length to be slit at front and rear ends. Front end Rear end Loosen the four stopper cap screws and adjust the stopper. Line up the stopper standard indicating line with the measurement scale with respect to the desired length.

    For example, if the slit size of CSL-501 / CSL503 is set by 30mm, front end slit is set by 15mm, and 「Middle Silt Point」 is set by 50mm, Middle Slit will be began from the distantly positioned point of 15mm for front slit + 50mm to the front end by 30mm.

    SPECIAL USAGE OF CSL-501 / CSL503 Usually the slit length that CSL-501 / CSL503 can process is that the total slit length of front and rear is under 200mm. But when you process following the procedure below, you can process the wire that the total slit length of front and rear is under400mm.

BLADE REPLACEMENT * Important: Make sure the power is OFF before beginning blade replacement. ・ Slitting blade cassette replacement : When you remove cap screws A (below) you will be able to remove the cassette. * Because the upper cassette contains the slitting blades, take extra care with it. * After replacing release the air pressure and check that the upper lower cassettes bite together perfectly.
