    1.Before starting operation ①Check the power switch Make sure that the power switch on the operation panel is turned off. ②Connection of Power Cable Make sure that the power switch of operation panel is off. Insert the attached power cable into the outlet of power box (Located at the lower left on the front side) fully to the end.

Control panel [LENGTH] : Length of cut tube [PIECS] : Number of pieces to be processed [PIECES/UNIT] : [PIECS]→[Y/.] For example, you can set this when you need 20 bundles of 50pieces totaling 1000 pieces. [IDLE TIME] : [PIECS]→[Y/.]→[Y/.] By inputting the time, you can set the automatic start of the batching.

    4. Guide replacement Make sure that the power switch of operation panel is off. Put blade cover on when replacing guide. Serious injury may result. ① To cut tube already with slit Screw A Screw A 1.Prepare Guide #1,2 and 3 in accordance with a size of tube to be processed. The vertical guide is attached only to guide No.1.

    5. To set the tube 1. TURN OFF the power of machine. 2. For the tube w/o slit, set the tube nearby cutting blade. 3. For the tube w/slit, set the tube fixing slit part on “vertical guide” and set it nearby cutting blade. 4.

    6.To start process 1. After replacing the guide and setting the tube, set the processing conditions. 2.Press [LENGTH],put the value and [SET]. E.g.) : 1000mm →[1][0][0][0][SET] 3.Press [PIECES], put the number and [SET]. E.g.) : 50 pieces →[5][0][SET] 4.[STRAT] and process starts. 5.After set pieces are done, machine stop running.

    7.Commands You can change various settings with the "F" key on the "Function" panel and the number keys on the "Settings" panel. ・F1(FEED SPEED) If you press [F] and then [1], "FEED SPEED" will blink.. Touch keys 1 to 9 on the setting panel and press the [SET] button. The display changes from blinking to lit and the belt roller speed is entered.
