１．How to attach the CASY-637A ＜How to attach the CASY-637A main body＞ ①Loosen the screw A to remove the air-nozzle, which is on the observers’ right, of the C370A cutter block. ＜Adding of the Harness Inside the C370A＞ ①Open the operation panel after removing the power cable of Ｃ370Ａ. ②Plug the provided harness connecter into the M5M6 (green) of the main board which is at the back of the operation panel. Plug the provided harness connecter B into the S6 (blue) of the main board. - Page 8 ③ Wire the provided harness inside device. When closing operation panel, make sure that the harness doesn’t touch the cutter Cutter Sensor sensor. カッターセンサー ④Plug the connecter C into the hole for 8P of the power box. The power box has several connectors for connecting to other devices. In order to prevent damage to the internal board due to incorrect connection, it is recommended to push unused connectors into the power supply box or attach empty connectors.

＜External Connection＞ Harness C Harness B Harness D ①Attach the Harness B・C・D like the picture. Be careful not to misconnect each harness. Incorrect connection may damage the internal board and render it inoperable. ② Connect up the power cord to the outlet of the back of the control box and the wall. -

２．Setting Screen On the screen above, all the items which are to be displayed by the CASY-637A are displayed for purposes of illustration. According to the setting, there are some items to be displayed or not to be displayed. ①《CASY637A》：Select this function when using a twisting machine （CASY-637A）. The display changes depending on the situation of CASY-637A. - Page 11 ③《Normal Twist》《Reverse Twist》：Setting of the twisting direction at front side. Every touching, ･･･it switches. ３．How to handle the CASY-637A ①Turn ON the power switch of the ＣＡＳＹ-６３７A Control Box. （At this point, the switch does not light.） ＯＮ ＯＦＦ ②Turn ON the power switch of the Ｃ３７０A.（Only when Ｃ３７０Ａ is ＯＮ, the control box becomes ON.） The K-blade of the ＣＡＳＹ-６３７A opens after closing. （It returns to the original point.）... - Page 14 ④Step by step processing begins by ［START］. ⑤Furthermore touch [Next] several times so that the K-blade grips the sheath which has been half-stripped. This is the value of 《Sheath Diameter》. At this time, check the condition that the K-blade is gripping the wire. If the wire is pressed too much, make the value of the 《Sheath Diameter》...

４．Replacement of K-blade K-blades are consumable goods. Replace them just like below. ①Turn the power OFF. ②Remove the 4 screws below to uncover the machine cover. ③Remove the 2 screws which fix the K-blade. ④After replacing a new K-blade, temporarily fasten it with the screws which have been removed at ③. -

５．Trouble Shooting・・・ ◎K-blade steps out. →The position of the K-blade is wrong when starting? Refer to the seal which is on the upper side of the CASY-637A main body. ◎Twist is weak. →In some cases, wires become better just by making the value of the half strip a little bit smaller. -
