DC Tromb Turbo EX

Functional description

Machine for suction and removal of dry, unhealthy, flammable, conductive dust according to dust class H in Zone
22.
The dust collector works with negative pressure (suction) which drives the air through the suction hood / nozzle,
hose system and pre- and dust separator. Coarse separation takes place in the unit's cyclone, which is a very
efficient separation of increasingly coarser dust. The fine dust is separated in the unit's filter. Filter cleaning with air
pulse gives the filters extra long life. The machine is equipped with HEPA filters.
The dust extractor is an electrically driven dust separator of robust design for use in connection with dust generat-
ing activities in the industry. Dust extractors are suitable for collecting inflammable dust in Zone 22. Industrial dust
extractors are intended for suction and removal of dust deposits. Explosion protection is provided by insulation of
the electrical parts and potential equalization of the components that come into contact with dust.
The machine can be used at temperatures between +10 and +40°C and is suitable for general cleaning.
Regular cleaning of the workplace is important to prevent dust explosions.
ATEX This machine with accessories is suitable for use in Zone 22 (2014/34/EU) for suction and removal of:
The machine is equipped with the sticker "Do not suck up ignition sources" according to figure CC.1 in EN
60335-2-69. (Leading).
The minimum ignition energy (MIE) for materials being vacuumed must exceed 10 mJ.
This standard covers the safety of dust extractors with electric motors, including dust separators and back-pack
vacuums, used for wet extraction, dry extraction or wet-and-dry extraction, supplied for commercial use indoors and
for outdoor use with and without accessories for the collection of combustible dust in an atmosphere (Zone 22)
designated as explosive.
