Glue Touch-up Pen Tipping Restraint Hardware Kit (Qty.2) (Qty. 2) (Qty. 1) (Included in plastic bag)) Tools required: Phillips screwdriver, rubber mallet, stud finder, pencil, tape measure, power drill and 1/8”drill bit (not provided).

This will make it easier during assembly of unit. 1. Unpack the unit and confirm that you have all the hardware and required parts. Assemble the unit on a carpeted floor or the empty carton to avoid any scratch.
  • Page 10 Assembly Instructions ④ x 12 3. Glue twelve 30 mm Wood Dowels (4) into the inner holes on the Middle Bottom Stretchers (F and G) and Middle Front and Rear Skirtings (D and E). Make sure that you use a small amount of glue with both ends of all dowels.

Using the wood dowels as a guide, align and attach the Middle Rear Skirting (E) between the Middle Bottom Stretchers (F and G) as shown. 5. Insert two Cam Locks (1) into the large holes in the Middle Rear Skirting (E) making sure that the arrow on the face of cam lock faces out and points towards the holes on the closest end.
