Explanation and rectification
Several attempts with manipulated Prepaid-Cards
→ Service required
Prepaid Card was removed without advice
→ Insert Prepaid Card again
Devaluated or unknown Prepaid Card
→ Remove Prepaid Card
Serial number of Prepaid Card does not match serial
number of the device.
→ Remove Prepaid Card. Insert a Prepaid Card with
correct serial number.
Barcode label does not comply with the
specifications made in section 4.3. or is not correctly
positioned on the vessel.
→ Stuck correctly formatted barcode label in the
correct way
→ Proceed barcode test
Check the power supply of the printer.
The printer software switches are normally set
correctly. If printer problems occur these settings
should be checked (refer to the operating
instruction of the printer DPU-S445):
