Read all instructions before beginning work.

On units made before 7/15/03, the Controller Assembly con-
nections face the rear and are covered by a rubber boot. Later
units are as shown in the figure, with connections facing the
bottom.
To Remove Toilet From Floor
1. Turn off RV water supply per RV
Owner's Manual.
2. Press both keypad buttons at the same
time, twice, to open blade and drain
bowl of water. If mechanism does not
work, you will have to open the valve
manually. Remove the Sound Dead-
ening insulation (if present) from the
back of the mechanism to access the
mechanism lead screw. Turn the knob
(newer units) or use a 5/16" socket
wrench to turn the screw and open the
valve.
3. Pry off Bolt Caps with Flat-blade screw-
driver. Use wrench to remove 1/2-inch
Lag Screws.
4. Turn off RV's power supply to Toilet.
5. Swivel Toilet to gain access to back.
6. Disconnect Water Supply Line with
Adjustable Wrench.
7. Disconnect Toilet's 12-volt power
hookup to RV.
8. Place an old towel or soft cloth on work
surface. Remove Toilet from floor and
place upright, with back facing you, on
work surface.
9. Remove old Closet Flange Seal (may
be found in toilet or in floor at Closet
Flange). Discard.
10. Cover Holding Tank opening to contain
odor.

To Remove Old Part
1. Using Pliers, gently wiggle the Spade Connector off each of
the 2 terminals on Solenoid Valve.
2. Use Clippers to cut the tie securing Wiring Harness to Overflow
Tube.
3. Slide Rubber Boot (if present) away from Controller Assem-
bly.
3. Use Pliers to gently unplug white Multi-Wire Connector Housing
from Controller Assembly. Feed it out through Boot (if pres-
ent).
5. Disconnect green and yellow Motor Leads from Wiring Har-
ness. Use pliers if necessary.
6. Discard old Wiring Harness.
