ASSEMBLY STEPS STEP 1 Prepare an area with a soft surface to prevent scratches on the floor and frame. Loosen the set screws on Crossbar (A) using the 4mm Allen Wrench (T-A) to allow adjustment. STEP 2 Attach the Crossbar (A) to the Left and Right Legs (D,C) using the M6x50mm Screws (S-D), M6x25mm Screws (S-E), and 4mm Allen Wrench (T-A). - Page 4 STEP 3 Attach the Crank Handle (G) onto one of the Side Brackets (B) using the ST4.8x9.5mm Screws (S-B) and a Phillips screwdriver. Leave a ⅛” (3mm) gap between the screw head and the side bracket when tightening the screws. Attach the Side Bracket (B) with Crank Handle (G) to the Right Leg (C) using the M5x14mm Screws (S-A) and a Phillips screwdriver.
- Page 5 STEP 4 Place the frame assembly centered on the underside of your desktop. Adjust the frame width as needed and secure the Crossbar (A) using the 4mm Allen Wrench (T-A). Loosen the knobs on both ends of the Sync Rod (E) and insert the hex shafts into the Left and Right Legs (D,C) making sure the retaining rings are fully seated in the legs.
- Page 6 ⅜” (10mm) deep pilot holes using a ⅛” (3mm) drill bit. Secure the frame to the desktop using the ST4.2x16mm Screws (S-F) and a Phillips screwdriver. NOTE: If you are using a VIVO desktop, please refer to the manual that came with your desktop for instructions regarding assembly.
- Page 7 STEP 6 Attach the Feet (F) to the Left and Right Legs (D,C) using the M6x30mm Screws (S-C) and 4mm Allen Wrench (T-A). STEP 7 With the help of another person, flip the desk right side up. Adjust the pads on Feet (F) as needed to level the desk.
