Install Caster Seats Install the Caster Seats (LF/LR) on to the Left Cart Side Panel using 2 Pan Head Screws 1/4"x3/8" 4 Pan Head Screws 3/16"x3/8"...

Place the Tank Pull-out Tray assembly onto the Cart Bottom Panel.

  • Page 16 Install NG Regulator and 12 Foot Hose (For OD2611BNG & OD3211BNG) Connect the NG Regulator to the Gas Manifold. Connect the 12 Foot Hose (not included in this unit) to the NG Regulator. NG Regulator Inlet Fitting Swivel Nut 12 Foot Hose (Not included) Install Doors and Upper Door Hinge Brackets Install 2 Upper Door Hinge Brackets onto the Cart Panel Front using 8 Pan Head Screws 3/16"x3/8".
  • Page 17 AC-plug Fig. 1 Install Battery Box and Connect electric wires(Only for OD2611BLP & OD3211BLP) Open the cap of the Battery Box and put 2 AAA batteries inside. Make sure the "+" and "-" ends are placed correctly as shown. Close the cap.(see Fig.1) Place the Battery Box Bracket over the holes of the Cart Left Panel, and then put the Battery Box into the Battery Box Bracket.

Turn gas off at source and turn Control Knobs to OFF. Wait at least 5 minutes for gas to clear, then retry.
