Using the FaxPress Archive

Faxes will only be archived if the FaxPress Archive service for has been enabled, configured
and started.

Accessing the Archived Faxes

FaxPress Archive can be configured to store archived faxes in two locations:
At the individual user level, the user's personal archived faxes are stored in the
user's Archive folder in FaxPress.
Note: If the Archive folder is not displayed, you may need to reconfigure your
startup options. Configure the startup options by selecting Fax from the
FaxPress toolbar, then Options>Startup Options.
Note: An Error Getting Items in List message means the Fax Archive has not
yet been activated.
1. At the FaxPress Administrator level (logged in with Administrator privileges), the
Archive stores all archived faxes for each server in the FaxPress Archive folder.
