When you are finished with your selections, click OK to return to the Dialing Properties
window. Click Apply dialing rules to fax numbers to activate the dialing rules you've
just defined.

Select the Email tab. The Email settings allow the FaxPress to send fax messages
to email recipients as well as fax recipients.
In the SMTP Protocol section:
Use the SMTP Server Name (or IP address) field to enter the name
of your company's SMTP server. Frequently this is an Exchange server name.
Use the Port field to enter the port number your SMTP server com-
municates through. SMTP servers usually use port 25.
