INstallation NOTE: Save all OEM parts until installation is complete! NOTE: Figure 1 shows an exploded view of the assembled winch tray with all its components. Follow the provided steps below to complete the assembly process. (Figure 1) Figure 1 1. - Page 8 2. Press the long nylon sleeve bearing into the pivot cup from the outside of the bumper. Press the short nylon sleeve bearing in the same way from the inside of the bumper. (Figure 3) Figure 3 3. If truck is equipped with tow hooks: Removed the tow hooks from the truck using an 18mm socket.
- Page 9 4. Use a 24mm socket wrench to remove the three (3) bolts holding the OEM bumper to the frame. NOTE: the bumper will be loose at this point but should be stay on the frame. (Figure 5) Figure 5 5. With assistance, hold the winch tray up to the truck and use the OEM bolts removed during step 5 to install the winch tray to the frame.
- Page 10 7. With assistance, place the tube assembly on the winch tray and by lining up the pivot cup to the outer hole and installing the 1” yellow zinc bolt with washers and lock nut to fasten it in place. Use a 1 ½” wrench and socket to tighten the 1”...
- Page 11 9. Install the provided rubber bump stops underneath the tube assembly stopped plate by removing the adhesive backing and placing it on the winch tray. (Figure 9) Figure 9 10. Fully tighten the winch tray mounting hardware. 11. Test the pivoting action of the tube assembly.
