We recommend two people perform the installation as items 61675 x3 are heavy and may need to be held in place while installing. Page 7: Disassembly
Disassembly 1. From under the truck unplug all wire harnesses including sensor, keyless entry, trailer plug and camera. (Figure 1&2) Figure 1 Figure 2 2. Use a 15mm socket wrench to remove the outside support bracket bolt on the driver and passenger sides. - Page 8 3. Use a 13mm socket wrench to remove the two bolts from behind the license plate. (Figure 4) Figure 4 4. Use an 18mm socket wrench to remove the two (2) nuts from the mounting plate on both the driver and passenger side. With assistance, remove the bumper from the OEM truck.
- Page 9 (Figure 7) ***NOTE: Label each sensor housing to insure it is placed in the correct place when installed into the Fab Fours bumper.*** Figure 7 7. Use a 7mm socket wrench to remove the two license plate lights from the OEM bumper.
- Page 10 9. Remove the keyless entry sensor from behind the license plate by pressing in the three (3) clips and pushing it out. (Figure 11). Figure 11 10. Remove the sensor harness from the bumper by unclipping it and set it aside for later use.

Installation 12. Take the nut plates (22096) and install them into the bumper mounts by placing them into the outer opening of the mounts and then sliding them into place. (Figure 13-14.) Figure 13 Figure 14 13. Take the sensor housings removed during Step 8 and install them into their respective places in the bumper. - Page 12 14. Place the sensor harness into the bumper shell and install the sensors into their respective housings. When they are in position, use the provided epoxy (61632) to hold the housings in place. (Figure 16.) Figure 16 15. Install the license plate light (61672) into the bumper by pushing it into the hole.
- Page 13 16. To install the trailer plug: hold the trailer plug up to the mounting locations and mark and drill the mounting holes in the plastic housing. (Figure 18-19.) Figure 18 Figure 19 17. Install the trailer plug into the bumper using the #8 bolts, washers and nylock nuts with the 11/32 socket wrench and 3/32 Allen wrench (50216-HW).
- Page 14 18. Install the back up lights (61722) into the shell by taking the rubber grommet and pushing it into the light location. Take the light and push it into the grommet until it is secure. Wire lights into harness as desired. (Figure 21-22.) Figure 21 19.
