    5. Installation 5.1. System’s installation The system should be stored in a dry place at a temperature between +5 °C and +40 °C. 1. Unpack the system and place it to the permanent place of work. 2. Prefiltration installation (optional): a.

    5.2. Viking prefiltration module installation (OPTIONAL) The pre-filter needs no specific servicing during its service life, except the timely replacement of the filtration module. It is recommended to change the filtration module once every 3 months. 1. Shut off the water supply and relieve excess pressure before starting installation.

    6. Controller 6.1. Controller’s description Controller with control panel and LED screen is designed to control the operation of RO system. It is controlled by buttons “Select”, “Clear” and “Flush”, and has the following functions: 1. Activation of pump and concentrate drainage valve. 2.

    6.2. Controller’s operation a. When the system is turned on, the flush process starts. The default flush duration is 30 seconds. The flush indicator is ON. After flushing, the system goes to standard mode. b. If the accumulation tank is empty, FULL indicator is off. If the accumulation tank is full, FULL indicator is on, and the PURIFY indicator is off.

    8. Maintenance 8.1. General Recommendations 1. It is recommended to replace the pre-filter cartridge once every 3 months, or if the pressure is too low. 2. The RO membranes (MV-01) and pressure pump (P-01) are recommended to be replaced once a year.

    Aquaphor warrants that the Aquaphor water filtration system shall be free from defects in material and workman ship under normal use and service. The reverse osmosis system APRO 100 / APRO 100 PRO – Two Year Warranty from the date of purchase. This does not apply, however, to consumable filters.
