    Press Purge button until no air bubbles are coming out from syringe. Notice: If the product drips out of the dispense needle. Slowly increase the vacuum value until the dripping stops.     Operation Continuous Mode This mode of operation is used for the application of beads. The dispensing time is controlled by the duration of the external start signal. Dispensing time Duration of external start signal Timer Mode This mode of operation is used for dot or drop dispensing. Operator can setup the internal timer from 0 to 99.99s.

    Care and Maintenance Care Occasionally the O-ring at the syringe adapter should be greased. This will prolong the life of the O-ring. Notice: Clean your hands after application of grease to ensure no surface contamination. Clean the adhesive residue from the syringe holder or replace it with a new one as required.
