3 Mechanism 3.1 Replacing the Printer Top Cover (with Keys Control Board) Remove 4 screws as indicated. Remove the cable and unscrew 1 screw to take out the printer top cover (with keys control board). Reassemble the parts in the reverse procedures.
3.2 Replacing the Keys Control Board Refer to Replacing the Printer Top Cover (with Keys Control Board) to remove printer top cover. Disconnect the cable and unscrew the 4 screws as shown. Disconnect the remain 2 cables and take out the LCD board Reassemble the parts in the reverse procedures.
3.3 Replacing the Shaft and the Torsion Spring Refer to Replacing the Printer Top Cover (with Keys Control Board) to remove printer top cover. Use tool to push the shaft out. Take out the spring from the hole as shown. Reassemble the parts in reverse procedure.
3.4 Replacing the Media Cover For GPIO & Parallel Board: 1. Refer to Replacing the Printer Top Cover (with Keys Control Board) to remove the top cover and Refer to 3.3 Replacing the Shaft and the Torsion Spring to remove the shaft and torsion spring. 2.
3.5 Replacing the Media Holder 1. Refer to Replacing the Printer Top Cover (with Keys Control Board) to remove the top cover. 2. Unscrew 4 marked screws. 3. Disconnect the cables from the main board and take it out. 4. Refer to 3.4 Replacing the Media Cover to remove the media cover.

5. Flip to back side and unscrew 4 screws as shown to replace the media holder. 6. Reassemble the parts in the reverse procedures.
3.6 Replacing the Black Mark Sensor Refer to Replacing the Printer Top Cover (with Keys Control Board) to remove the top cover and refer to 3.5 Replacing the Media Holder to remove the media holder. Replacing the black mark sensor by taking it out from the slot as shown. Reassemble the parts in reverse procedures.
3.7 Replacing the Platen Roller Open the printer cover by pressing the media release button. Take out the platen roller by lifting and pulling (pry it up) the direction as shown. Reassemble the parts in reverse procedures.
3.8 Replacing the Print Module Assembly Refer to Replacing the Printer Top Cover (with Keys Control Board) to remove the top cover and refer to 3.5 Replacing the Media Holder to remove the media holder. Separate the Print Module. Reassemble the parts in reverse procedures.
3.9 Replacing the Print Head Refer to 3.8 Replacing the Print Module Assembly to remove the media holder and separate the print module. Take off the iron lid on the left side and unscrew 1 screw to take off the iron lid on right side. Squeeze to take out the print head.
3.10 Replacing the Print Head Spring Refer to 3.9 Replacing the Print Head to remove the print head. Replacing the spring by pulling it out. Reassemble the part in reverse procedure...
3.11 Replacing the Gears Refer to 3.8 Replacing the Print Module Assembly to take out the print module. Unscrew 2 marked screws. Replace the gears. Reassemble the parts in reverse procedures.
3.12 Replacing the Motor Assembly Refer to 3.8 Replacing the Print Module Assembly to take out the print module. Unscrew 2 screws as shown. Reverse the parts in reverse procedures.
3.13 Replacing the Bluetooth Module Refer to Replacing the Printer Top Cover (with Keys Control Board) to remove the top cover and refer to 3.5 Replacing the Media Holder to remove the media holder. Refer to 3.8 Replacing the Print Module Assembly to take out the print module.
3.14 Replacing the Main Board Assembly Refer to 3.13 Replacing the Bluetooth Module to remove the Bluetooth module. Disconnect the remaining cables and unscrew 3 marked screws to replace the main board. Reassemble the parts in reverse procedures.
3.15 Replacing the MicroSD FPCB and the MicroSD Holder Refer to 3.8 Replacing the Print Module Assembly to take out the print module. Disconnect the cable and unscrew 2 marked screw as shown. Reassemble the parts in reverse procedures...
3.16 Replacing the Cradle Charge Adapter Board Refer to 3.8 Replacing the Print Module Assembly to take out the print module. Disconnect the cable and unscrew 2 marked screws as shown. Reassemble the parts in the reverse procedures.
3.17 Replacing the Lower Cover Refer to 3.14 Replacing the Main Board Assembly to remove the main board. Refer to 3.15 Replacing the MicroSD FPCB and the MicroSD Holder to remove MicroSD FPCB and holder. Refer 3.16 Replacing the Cradle Charge Adapter Board to remove cradle charge adapter board.
3.18 Replacing the Antenna PCB Refer to Replacing the Printer Top Cover (with Keys Control Board) to open top cover. Refer to 3.5 Replacing the Media Holder to lift the media holder. Unplug the Antenna PCB and cable from the WiFi PCB Reassemble the parts in reverse procedures.
3.19 Replacing the Wi-Fi Module ※ Before replacing the new Wi-Fi module, please set the default to clear the old Wi-Fi settings in the printer via TSC Console. And you need to reset the Wi-Fi settings after replacing the new Wi-Fi module.

5 Maintenance This session presents the clean tools and methods to maintain the printer. ◼ For Cleaning Depending on the media used, the printer may accumulate residues (media dust, adhesives, etc.) as a by-product of normal printing. To maintain the best printing quality, you should remove these residues by cleaning the printer periodically.
