Have a one man finnelo bought about 15 yrs ago. Haven’t used ina while. Can’t remember how to start it. Something about turning dial until it clicks. So far no luck. Help! Can’t take pic.
To start a Finnleo S5 Series sauna after not using it for a while:
1. Ensure all electrical connections are secure and the power cord is plugged in only after assembly is complete.
2. Set the desired time and temperature.
3. Allow the sauna to operate for 10-15 minutes to produce the correct wavelengths for absorption.
4. If possible, take a warm shower before entering without drying off.
5. Wear loose-fitting clothes or use a clean, soft towel.
6. Follow all safety precautions, including avoiding alcohol, heavy meals, and consulting a physician if necessary.
