Receiving Shipment Please immediately check for any hidden damage that may have occurred in shipping. If any damage is found, you must notify the delivering carrier within seven days. Taking a few minutes with the following instructions will ensure quick and proper assembly, and many years of enjoyment and relaxation. -
Page 3: Read Before Installation
Read all instructions carefully before WARNING: Prolonged exposure to elevated installation including instructions packaged temperatures is capable of inducing separately with the sauna heater. INSTALLATION OF SAUNA ROOM If the sauna is to be placed against existing wall(s), panel installation should begin away from the wall starting with the right panel. After these panels are in place, the sauna can be slid back towards the wall(s) keeping it 1/2” to 1” separation from wall and sauna. -

Note: For ease of installing the panels, tilt the top of each panel back to get the tongue and groove alignment started. Then tilt forward for an easy fit. 6. Secure the back wall to the right wall with three 3” Torq screws (screws and bit provided). Install one screw on the top of the wall, one in the middle, and one on the bottom. -

13. The top of the plate should be flush with the top of the interior tongue and groove. 14. Secure top plates using the 2” Torque screws (screws included). Install one screw in each corner and one screw in the center of each wall. Ceiling Panel Installation 15. -

Right wall length of 2 supports: Top: 16” qty 1 Bottom: 38” qty 1 Left wall length of 3 supports: Top: 16” qty 2 Bottom: 63” (cut at wall joint) Qty 2 No leg support has been installed. Do not put weight on front of lower platform. -

23. Attach each leg with 2 screws (provided) to the front of the lower bench. Backrest Installation 24. Locate the backrest and remove the backrest mounting hardware from the backside of the backrest. The longest backrest will be installed on the back wall, the other will be on the left wall. -

29. The Himalaya Heater must be installed with the logo facing the front of the room. This is so the safety sensor is in the correct location. 30. A licensed electrician should wire the heater according to the specifications provided with the heater. *Rocks will be placed after testing the heater. -

40. Carefully lower the ceiling panel onto the glass panels and bring both panels to the corner on the top and bottom. Be careful not to damage the tongue or the groove section of the panel. Make sure the front ceiling corner seats securely into place. -

Door Handle Installation 49. Locate the door handle box. Separate the handle using the hex wrench to loosen the set screw found on the side of the metal door assembly. 50. Once separated use a Phillips screwdriver to separate the inner assembly. 51. -

SL2 Control Mounting 62. Feed cable from the hole in the ceiling panel (yellow control cable access sticker) down to the first support bar on the open panel on the right wall. 63. Use a flat-blade screwdriver to carefully pry the front glass off the control body. - Page 13 73. Confirm everything is working. Note: At this point, prior to the completion of the room assembly, apply power to the heater and control panel to verify that the proper wiring connections have been made throughout the sauna assembly process.

SL2 (SAUNALOGIC 2) CONTROL OPERATION Operating Instructions for Heater Default settings for temperature are preset to 194°F, the bath time is set to 60 minutes and 0-minute delay to start to heat. These settings are adjustable (as described below) from 119°F to 194°F. Length of sauna can be set from 0 to 60 minutes. -

COMMONLY ASKED QUESTIONS CLEANING Yes, cleaning is needed. Perspiration and dirt may absorb into the wood, so periodic cleaning is needed. Scrubbing the benches and floorboards with a stiff brush and mild detergent is normally sufficient. Light sanding with 220 grit is another option.
