    Violino, RII, RIII Star 5 Feuerraumauskleidung 5.1 Einbau Thermobrikk Die Feuerraumauskleidungen mit Thermobrikk bestehen aus mehreren Wand- und Bodenteilen. Die ® nachfolgenden Abbildungen gelten für sämtliche Formen und Dimensionen von Rüegg-Kamineinsät- zen, die mit Thermobrikk ausgestattet sind. ® Installieren Sie die Feuerraumauskleidung in der angegebenen Reihenfolge und demontieren Sie die Einzelteile in der umgekehrten Reihenfolge.

    Violino, RII, RIII Star 7 Bauteile 7.1 Bedienelemente Die Übersicht zeigt eine mögliche Anordnungsvariante der Bedienelemente. Je nach Ausführung der Anlage können sich die Anzahl und die Anordnung der Bedienelemente unterscheiden. An Ihrer An- lage müssen nicht zwingend alle genannten Bedienelemente vorhanden sein. 1.

  • Page 19 Violino, RII, RIII Star 1. Geschlossen 2. Offen 7.4 Rauchgasklappe Mit der Rauchgasklappe wird die Ableitung der Rauchgase in die Abgasanlage geregelt. Beim Betrieb sollte die Rauchgasklappe nicht ganz geschlossen sein. Die Rauchgasklappe lässt sich stufenlos bewe- gen. Bei starkem Zug in der Abgasanlage kann die Rauchgasklappe entsprechend geschlossen werden um den Zug zu drosseln.
  • Page 20 Violino, RII, RIII Star Auf / Zu Je nach Anschluss des Umlen- kungsgestänges 7.5 Klappen für Verbrennungsluft / Konvektionsluft Je nach Ausführung Ihrer Anlage können in der Nähe der Aussenfassade eine oder zwei Luftklappen montiert sein. Die eine Klappe öffnet und schliesst die Zuleitung der Verbrennungsluft. Die andere Klap- pe öffnet und schliesst die Zuleitung der Konvektionsluft.

  • Page 27 Violino, RII, RIII Star 9.3 Scheitholz Dimensionen Die Kamineinsätze sind für standardisierte Scheitholzdimensio- nen entwickelt und geprüft worden. Mit diesen Dimensionen wird ein optimaler Abbrand mit hoher Wärmeausbeutung, niedrigen Emissionen, geringe Scheibenverschmutzung und geringerem Holzverbrauch erreicht. Werden Holzscheite mit anderen Dimen- sionen verwendet, geht dies zu Lasten der Scheibenverschmut- zung, Emissionen und Wärmeausbeutung.

WARNUNG Brennbare Materialien können sich an offenen Flammen und heissen Oberflächen entzünden. • Brennbare Materialien nicht in der Nähe der Anlage aufbewahren • Sicherheitsabstand zu Anlage einhalten Unerlaubte Brennstoffe! WARNUNG Die Verwendung unerlaubter Brennstoffe kann giftige Abgasemissio- nen und Schäden an der Anlage verursachen.

    Violino, RII, RIII Star 11 Inbetriebnahme Nehmen Sie Ihre Anlage zum ersten Mal zusammen mit einem Fachinstallateur in Betrieb. Er wird Ihnen die Funktionen und die Handhabung der Bedienelemente ausführlich erklären. Die Materialien der Ver- kleidung müssen bei der ersten Inbetriebnahme vollständig trocken sein. Steigern Sie die Aufgabemen- ge des Brennstoffs in 3 Schritten bis zur zulässigen Aufgabemenge.
  • Page 30 Violino, RII, RIII Star 11.3 Anfeuermodul Ein Anfeuermodul bildet die Grundlage für das Anfeuern mit oberem Abbrand. Das Feuer brennt von oben nach unten ab. Mit dieser Methode werden die Schadstoff-Emissionen während dem Anfeuern stark reduziert. Die Gesamtmenge sollte die zulässige Aufgabemenge nicht überschreiten. Bauen Sie das Anfeuermodul wie folgt auf: Anzündhilfe Tannenholz (200 - 400 g)

Zeitungspapier anzünden und in den Rauchtrichter halten Falls sich der Stau trotz mehrmaliger Lockfeuer nicht auflöst, sollten Sie auf das Befeuern Ihrer Anlage verzichten. In Gebieten mit häufig problematischer Wetterlage kann die Installation eines Rauchgas- Ventilators Abhilfe schaffen.

    Violino, RII, RIII Star 12 Ausser Betrieb setzen Verpuffungsgefahr! VORSICHT Werden die Bedienelemente zu früh geschlossen, kann im Feuerraum ein Sauerstoffmangel entstehen. Die plötzliche Zufuhr von Luft kann zu einer Verpuffung führen und die Anlage beschädigen. • Bedienelemente erst verstellen, wenn im Feuerraum während mehr als 5 Minuten keine offenen Flammen mehr sichtbar sind.
