1) Open "Mouse" properties.
From the start menu, click the Settings icon, select "Devices" → "Mouse", then click
"Additional mouse options" under "Related Settings".
2) Select the "Wheel" tab.
3) Change the value of "The following number of lines at a time" under "Roll the
wheel one notch to scroll"
