Personal Safety ⚠ DANGER Before you start using the equipment, you should consult your physician that this type of exercise is suitable for you from a health perspective. Particularly aff ected are persons who: have a hereditary disposition to high blood pressure or heart disease, are over the age of 45, smoke, have high cholesterol values, are overweight and/or have not exercised regularly in the past year.

Set-Up Place ⚠ WARNING Do not place the equipment in main corridors or escape routes. ⚠ CAUTION Choose a location in which to place the equipment such that there is enough free space/ clearance to the front, the rear and to the sides of the equipment. The training room should be well ventilated during training and not be exposed to any draughts.
ASSEMBLY General Instructions ⚠ DANGER Do not leave any tools, packaging materials such as foils or small parts lying around, as otherwise there is a danger of suff ocation for children. Keep children away from the equipment during assembly. ⚠ WARNING Pay attention to the instructions attached to the equipment in order to reduce the risk of injuries.
Scope of Delivery The scope of delivery consist of the following parts. At the beginning, check whether all parts and tools belonging to the device are included in the scope of delivery and whether damage has occurred. Assembly Before assembly, take a close look at the individual assembly steps shown and carry out the assembly in the order given. NOTICE First loosely screw all parts together and check that they fi t properly. Tighten the screws using the tool only when you are instructed to do so.

Step 3: Assembly of the Console Mast Remove pre-assembled the screws (J4), spring washers (J2) and washers (J3) from the main frame (A). Connect the sensor wire (A1) to the sensor wire (B1). ATTENTION Pay attention to not pinch the cables during the next step.

Step 5: Assembly of the Brackets and locking the Pedal Arms Remove the pre-assemled screws (J7), spring washers (J2) and washers (J3). Mount the bracket (H3) to the right pedal arm using two screws (J7), two spring washers (J2) and two washers (J3). Repeat the previous step for the left side.

Step 6: Assembly of the Pedals NOTICE The pedals can be mounted in three diff eren positions. Mount the right pedal (H2) to the pedal arm using two washers (J9), two spring washers (J11) and two knobs (H4). Repeat the previous step for the left side. Tighten the knobs (H4).

Step 7: Assembly of the Sonsole, Handle Bars and Bottle Holder ATTENTION Pay attention to not pinch the cables during the next steps. Connect the cables of the handle bars (F1 and F2) to the cables on the console mast (B) and slide both handle bars into the bracket on the console mast (B).

Step 8: Alignment of the Feet If the fl oor is uneven, you can stabilize the equipment by turning the two setting caps on the rear stabilizer. Step 9: Connecting the Equipment to the Mains Supply ATTENTION The equipment must not be connected to a multiple socket, otherwise it cannot be guaranteed that the equipment will be supplied with suffi cient power.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS NOTICE Familiarise yourself with all the functions and setting options of the device before starting training. Have the proper use of this product explained to you by a specialist. Always start your training with low intensity and increase evenly and gently. End your training with a cool-down phase.
Switching On and Initial Settings Press the Quick Start button to turn on the console. The main menu opens. Tap on the time and date. Turn on automatic time and date detection or select the appropriate time zone in which you are located.

Open the factory settings. Here you can set the following functions: WIFI Screen brightness Volume Language Unit (metric or imperial) Update software and app updates ATTENTION The console of this fi tness device uses software that is perfectly adapted to the equipment. Please do not make any unauthorised modifi cations, such as the installation of external apps.
Programmes There is a wide range of diff erent programmes available. These include: Quick Start Programme Manual Programmes Pre-set Programmes Watt Programme Heart Rate Controlled Programmes NOTICE The user profi le U0 acts as a guest profi le. None of your training data is saved. If you use the guest profi le U0, you must enter your data for age, height, weight and gender for each programme.
3.4.2 Manual Programme There are several setting options for the manual programme. You can decide whether you want to train with one or more values. To select the manual programme, tap “Manual“ in the main menu. Select one of the user profi les (U0–U4). Set the desired values for time, distance and/or calories.
3.4.4 Watt Programme To select the watt programme, tap “Watt constant“ in the main menu. Select one of the user profi les (U0–U4). Set the desired training time and wattage. To start the programme, tap start. The programme starts. At the bottom of the screen it is displayed whether you should pedal faster or slower to maintain the set wattage.
To end the programme before the set training time has elapsed and return to the main menu, tap home. Recovery Function After a completed workout, you can use the recovery function to test your recovery heart rate and thus your fi tness level. To test your recovery heart rate, tap recovery after training.
Training Record The console off ers you the possibility to use a training calendar and thus save your training sessions. After the workout When your training programme has fi nished, “workout” lights up in the display. To save the training data in the training calendar, fi rst tap “save”...
Multimedia and Software Updates ATTENTION Check your TFT-console regularly for possible software updates. If available, make sure to carry out the updates soon. If the updates are not carried out over a longer period of time, this can lead to technical problems with the console. To make sure the pre-installed apps are working correctly, they must be updated regularly as well.

STORAGE AND TRANSPORT General Instructions ⚠ WARNING The storage location should be chosen so that improper use by third parties or children can be prevented. If your equipment does not have transportation wheels, the equipment must be disassembled before transportation. ATTENTION Make sure that the equipment is protected from moisture, dust and dirt in the selected storage location.
