- Page 2 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTONS 1. Using an auto trim puller remove the trim panel from the tailgate. See Photo 1. 2. Locate the plastic cylinder areas in the trim panel. If needed hold the new table frame up to the tailgate and make a note of where the mounting holes are in the table frame that line up with the threaded holes in the tailgate.
