- Page 2 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTONS 1. Locate the (6) skid plate bolts in the skid plate using a 12mm socket. See Photo 1. 2. Remove the front trim panel from the bumper by releasing the 4 clips. . See Photo 2. Photo 1 Photo 2 Locate the skid plate bolts.
