REPLACEMENT OF SANDING PAPER
Backing pads 4
Never run the tool without backing pad 4
Replace damaged backing pads immediately
(loosen/fasten pad screw with hex key 9).
Unplug tool before removing/mounting backing
pads.
Mounting sanding discs 5
Simply press sanding disc 5 onto backing pad with
perforation in sanding disc corresponding with
perforation in backing pad. If necessary, clean
backing pad first
The dust suction requires the use of perforated
sanding discs.
REPLACEMENT OF GRINDING DISC STUCK
The output shaft is inserted into the adhesive disc
center with six angle wrench clockwise rotation
angle in the six-hex, and at the same time, the
hands hold the adhesive disc grinding, grinding
disc can be remove adhesive.
SPEED ADUSTMENT
The grinding of the grinding disc rotation speed
can be adjusted according to different conditions
and grinding quality requirements.
The Drywall Sander is equipped with a variable
speed control. The speed is adjusted by turning
the control knob. The control knob is numbered
"MIN" through "MAX" with "MIN" being the slow-
est speed (Approximately 1.000 RPM) and "MAX"
being the fastest speed (approximately 2.350
RPM).
Use the higher speed settings for fast stock re-
moval. Use the lower speed selling to reduce re-
moval rate for more precise control.

ANGLE GRINDING
In order to do side grinding work, take off the
front part of plastic disc with screw driver.
TO START AND STOP DRYWALL SANDER
Make sure power circuit voltage is the same as
shown on the specification plate on the sander,
and that the sander switch is OFF. Connect sander
to power circuit.
To start the sander
Press the safety button and press the ON/OFF
switch.
To stop the sander
Release the ON/OFF switch.
HOLDING AND GUIDING THE TOOL
Always hold the tool firmly with both hands.

While working, always hold the tool at the grip

area.
Guide the tool parallel to the working surface and
f
move it in circles or in a cross pattern
Do not apply too much pressure on the tool; let
f
the sanding surface do the work for you
Do not tilt the tool in order to avoid unwanted

sanding marks.
Keep ventilation slots uncovered.

SANDING
The amount of material removed is determined

by the speed of the sanding disc and the grit size
used.
The speed of the sanding disc decreases relative
f
to the pressure applied to the tool.
MAINTENANCE
Keep tools clean, clean up debris and dust.

Always check the power cable, plug, switch, so
f
that the tools is in good condition.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
Recycle raw materials instead of disposing as
waste. Machine, accessories and packaging
should be sorted for environment - friendly recy-
cling. The plastic components are labeled for cat-
egorized recycling.

This product is warranted in accordance with the
legal/country specific regulations, effective from
the date of purchase by the first user. Damage
attributable to normal wear and tear, overload or
improper handling will be excluded from the guar-
antee. In case of a claim, please send the machine,
completely assembled, to your dealer or the ser-
vice Centre for electric power tools.
