If your network switch does not support PoE, or for any reason you prefer to use a power adapter, the VIP-STREAM-200 comes with an AC to DC power adapter. We recommend a surge protected outlet to plug the power adapter in to.

Frame Rate The maximum output frame rate of the VIP-STREAM-200 is 30Hz progressive. In cases where the input video has a refresh rate greater than 30 Hz, the VIP-STREAM-200 will down convert. For practical application of broadcast streaming, this functionality is practical, saving network bandwidth, and providing a higher refresh rate than perceivable in the vast majority of stream applications.
