The PLC Simulator can be used to check the operation of programs without
transferring them to an actual PLC.

Limitations
The debugging functions of the Simulator, such as step execution and breakpoints,
cannot be used for SFC charts, ladder/ST action programs, ladder/ST action programs,
or subcharts.
In addition, online editing is disabled while PLC simulator is used.

Start the CX-Programmer.
Read a program that was previously created.
Select Work Online Simulator from the Simulation Menu.
The Simulator and CX-Programmer will be connected online and the Download
Options Dialog Box will be displayed.
Click the OK Button. The program will be downloaded to the Simulator.
"Download successful" will be displayed when the data has been downloaded.
Click the OK Button. The online connection will be broken.
Select Operating Mode – Monitor from the PLC Menu to switch to MONITOR
mode.
Select Work Online Simulator from the Simulation Menu.
The online connection between the Simulator and CX-Programmer will be broken
Select Exit Simulator from the Simulation Menu. The Simulator will be ended.
