Tag Installation Direction
Mount Tags as shown in the diagram on the right.
The epoxy adhesives listed in the following table are recom-
mended for the given temperature ranges.
Ambient operat-
ing temperature
40 to 70 C
40 to 85 C
When embedding the V680-D2KF52M into a metal surface, use the V680-HS52 Antenna.
Transmission will not be possible if the V680-HS63 Antenna is used.
Differences in Surrounding Metals
Communications distances are affected by the type of metal in back of or surrounding the Tag, as
shown in the following table.

Mutual Interference with Tags (Reference)
Provide the mounting distances indicated below to prevent malfunctions due to mutual interference
when using more than one Tag.
