this installation instruction guide. Consult your vehicle

Time to install this should only
take about four hours.
Proper installation of this kit required knowledge of the factory
recommended procedures for removal and installation of original
equipment components. We recommend that the factory shop manual
and any special tools needed to service your vehicle be on hand during
the installation. Installation of this kit without proper knowledge of the
factory recommended procedures may affect the performance of these
components and the safety of the vehicle
• Always wear eye protection when operating power tools

  • Page 3 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP 2 | Use the push pin removal tool to remove the two plastic push pins located on both sides of the grille. STEP 3 | Use the push pin removal tool to unplug the air sensor harness on the backside of the grille.
  • Page 4 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP 4 | Remove the grille, by pulling straight out towards the front of the vehicle. NOTE: Avoid pulling at an angle to prevent damage to grille clips. STEP 5 | Using push pin removal tool, remove the four push pins securing the bumper to the vehicle.

  • Page 6 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP 7 | Using the push pin removal tool, remove the push pin holding the fog light harness from the bumper support crossmember. STEP 8 | In each fender, remove the first two bolts closest to the front of the vehicle using an 10mm.

  • Page 9 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP 12 | Remove the black plastic insert from the aluminum crash bar by squeezing the backside of the clips and pulling away from the vehicle. NEED HELP? 855-680-9595...
  • Page 10 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP 13 | Using a 14mm deep well socket, loosen three of the nuts to release tension on the crash bar mount. NOTE: Only one side must be loosened to relieve tension on the assembly. If you do not do this, you will damage the threads on the frame mounting location.
  • Page 11 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP 15 | Using a 17mm socket, remove the two bolts securing the “L” brackets located on both ends of the underside of the front frame crossmember STEP 16 | Using the 17mm socket, remove the remaining bolt on the underside of the front frame crossmember to remove the frame extension.
  • Page 12 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP 17 | Remove the front fascia from the bumper by releasing the clips that are securing it. Use a trim clip tool if necessary. STEP 18 | With the center portion removed, re-install the lower bumper portion and secure using the factory hardware and trim clips.
  • Page 13 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP 19 | Re-connect any wiring harnesses located above the bumper and in front of the radiator. Re-install any christmas tree clips to secure the wiring harness to the vehicle. STEP 20 | Re-install the fenders by pressing the clips into place and secure using the factory hardware with a 10mm socket.
  • Page 14 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP 21 | Using pefered cutting tool, cut the lower valance support off. Clean up any rough edges. NEED HELP? 855-680-9595...
  • Page 15 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP 22 | Using your pefered cutting tool, cut the grille support bracket as shown. STEP 23 | Unbolt the power steering cooler from the frame. Use the provided relocation brackets with the provided M8 hardware to move the cooler closer to the A/C Condenser.
  • Page 16 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP 24 | Using the provided M12 hardware loosly mount the bumper mounting brackets to the bumper using the factory hardware. The hardware should be tight enough that there is no movement, but the brackets can still be adjusted with a little force. It is best to start the brackets adjusted as far back as possible.
  • Page 17 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP 27 | If you are running a light bar install the light bar at this time using the hardware provided with the light bar. Install the light bar onto the brackets, and secure the brackets using the provided M6 hardware with #4 allen bit and 10mm wrench.
  • Page 18 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP 29 | If you are running a winch, install it on the winch plate at this time using the hardware provided with the winch. STEP 28 | Lift the winch plate/winch up to the vehicle and loosely secure using the factory hardware.
  • Page 19 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP 30 | Lift the bumper face back into place and hold it there while someone tightens the bumper mounting bracket hardware using a 19mm and 21mm wrenches. NEED HELP? 855-680-9595...
  • Page 20 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP 31 | Once the bumper is fully secured and aligned to the factory bumper, install the grille onto the vehicle using the factory hardware and 10mm socket. STEP 32 | Re-install the factory push clips securing the grille to the vehicle. NEED HELP? 855-680-9595...
