    Doc. no.: 101405-MAN-A Service and maintenance 3.1 General The MES 1002 analyzers are designed for minimum maintenance and no special training or service technicians required. Replacement and installation of all planned maintenance and consumables can be performed easily by crew by following the following section which describes the service and maintenance procedures for the MES 1002 analyzers.

It has a quick menu to gain access to the MES 1002 for monitoring and control of the analyzer onsite. See MES 1002 Installation and Operation Guide (101404-MAN) for further information regarding operation of the Local Control Panel.

    Ensure power has been switched off prior to replacement or cleaning of light source. Contact sales at ixa@danfoss.com for ordering. Other alternatives will risk damaging the optics which results in the analyzer not able to measure.

    Software update The software package obtained from Danfoss IXA consists of a directory with several files used for updating the software suite. The entire software directory must be placed on a USB drive before it is inserted into the analyzer.
