Multiway valve

Adjustment to the safety valve value
The pressure has been adjusted before leaving factory. Generally the user cannot adjust at will.
Take a rated capacity of 1200 kg as an example to state the adjusting procedures.
（1）Place 125% of rated load on the forks stably, that is 1500kg.
（2）Depress the accelerator pedal to the end, operate lifting and lowering control lever, if the
forks can be lifted to 0～300mm, the main relief valve pressure is right, otherwise follow step (3).
（3）If the forks cannot be lifted (off the ground), increase the main relief valve pressure by
removing the multi-valve cover and loosening the locking nut of main relief valve, screw the
adjusting bolt in clockwise; if the lifting height of forks is over 300mm, screw the adjusting bolt in
counterclockwise to reduce safety valve pressure accordingly.
（4 ） Depress the accelerator pedal to the end; lift the forks to a range from 0 to 300mm.

·Goods must be placed stably;
·Once the pressure is set, please do not adjust casually.
