Cleaning and Maintenance ATTENTION! Usage of improper cleaning agents may cause oxidation of the appliance or surface damage. For cleaning stainless steel surfaces (housing, hobs, sliding rack, oven door, guide rails and rack) use special cleaning agents for stainless steel only. When using steel wool, steel brushes or steel squeegees, particles of iron may deposit, thus causing oxidation and rust spots.
